I was charged with $30 USD yesterday and I decided to cancel it today due to the fact that I don’t even use Shopify as soon as I canceled it also turns out I was charged with an anual AutoDS subscription $368 this is beyond outrageous I wasn’t notified that subscription was ending I demand a refund since I don’t have that type of funds.

In order to request for a refund, you will need to directly contact Shopify support team so, they can further check your billing account and refund the necessary amount if possible.
