I want an app that potential customers can download that will link products to my e-commerce store.

I'm creating my first e-commerce website on Shopify. 
Outside of all the social media apps that I will connect to my site, I want to offer an app via the iphone & Android app stores that is dedicated to my business/website. 
It only shows offers on products I sell.   

Does Shopify offer a "canned" / "Boilerplate" app that I can slap my company skin on?  

If not Shopify, does anyone know of a company that sells a store specific app that seamlessly integrates with a Shopify e-commerce website/account?
