If you wish to proceed and close your store, you can do so directly within the Shopify admin. You can close your store by heading to Settings > Plan in the admin, and on this page you will see an option to cancel your subscription. Please be aware that we also offer a Pause plan that allows you to take a break without closing your store completely, which might be a preferred option for you.
