I want to create an app extension targeting admin and theme

Hello,

I want to create an app that has an admin extension that allows merchant to add the app's functionalities to a product and a theme extension that adds a button to a product page for the shopper to load extended functionalities. This app needs to communicate with my backend api. I would like to know how to create this as one project.
