I want to enable others to view the purchase history of a specific user's MyPage.

For products that have sold out, I want to introduce a system on the site whereby the buyer's history and an offer button are displayed on the product page, allowing secondary sales.
When a user clicks on the username in the buyer's history, the user's My Page and the list of products purchased are displayed and can be viewed by others.

Please let me know if there are any apps that have these features.
I'm not sure if this is a feature that can be implemented in Shopify in the first place, so I'd also like some advice.
