I want similar functionality like that in my store Vistaprint | Packaging Studio. lVistaprint | Packaging Studio let me know is there any app or custom edit code in shopify for this.

Look at personalization, or print on demand apps aka POD apps.

Though a reality is your trying to emulate a very specific UI and sub-features that off the shelf apps may not be able to accommodate without either heavy theme customization or app integration if a possible app even supports such things. So you may need to create that entire designers UI.

That is a very complex idea. When it comes to saving the 3d model.

Only a developer can try to mimic the same idea. And if an app were to do it then it would be very expensive too.
