Icon of Shopify inbox is not showing on www.desiam.com

Hello

I have just installed shopify inbox but the icon is not showing on my website www.desiam.com

I don't  understand, the settings are done and it should be visible

Thank you for reaching out. I am sorry you are experiencing some technical issues with the Shopify inbox app. I appreciate you sharing a screenshot with me to see your settings. It can take a few minutes for the chat box to appear once you make it visible and click save. Has it shown up yet for you? If not, I recommend troubleshooting by uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, and it should start working for you.

I have unistalled it and reinstall many times but still the same. what is strange, it shows on my other themes but only the live one it does it shows.
