Identixweb Order Delivery Date Stopped Working

I am trying to contact Identix Web support as their Order Delivery Date app has stopped working our customers are placing orders without any delivery information.

When I go to the app I get SQLSTATE[08004] [1040] Too many connections.

Does anyone know how to get a response from Shopify or The App Developer in this kind of commercial emergency situration.
