iframe comparison chart and size shrinking sticky menu in Pagefly?

I am wondering if it is possible to achieve these two approaches in Pagefly? So i can have more than 2 items to switch in mobile

for the menu, i wish it will be sticky on top too but can I have that kind of effect that the menu will shrink down the size like some mobile apps
