Image and text on dropdown options when using infinite options

Hi, I recently added a dropdown option using infinite options that allows customers to choose from a variety of 50 different options. However these are just text at the moment and was wondering could these also be a picture attached. I have looked at using swatches but i need customers to be able to select a quantity per option. Please see the two options below if someone could point me in the right direction to achieve one of the following that would be great.
