Inbox Chat Bubble Not Appearing

Hi, I have been trying to install the inbox app on my store to turn on the chat feature and the chat bubble is not appearing. Before I edited my store, it worked perfectly but now it's not. I even opened it on the default dawn theme and that did work which makes me believe it's a code issue. I did edit my code for my store but now I'm not sure where to look/edit to fix the issue. Where in the code can I edit the chat feature for the inbox app. Thanks in advance!
