Inbox Search - How to see past conversations?

Hi Everyone,

I'd love to be able to search Inbox but there is no search box?

I get a lot of conversations, which is great, but sometimes it takes ages to find a conversation to follow up with requested details.

I have taken to creating a draft order for that person and adding the product and updating the notes with every new step in the chat but it takes ages!

Does anyone have any tips for Inbox Search workarounds?
