Include both automatic fulfillment from 3rd and manual fulfillment from main office

Hello, 

We currently fulfill merch products from out main office. We want to use an merch fulfillment solution like Printful.com to alleviate stock issues and ensure item quality. We will still be needing to manually fulfill select items from the office. Can we have merch items from a 3rd party automatically fulfill but have manual fulfillment from our office stock? How would we implement this?
