Inconsistent Data Saving Issue in Admin Block Extension on Draft Order Detail Page.

Use Case: We have created an Admin block extension on the Draft Order Detail page and added four fields in a note attributes.
We want to update the data in these fields, but we are facing an issue where the data is saved inconsistently without returning any error. Sometimes it saves successfully, and other times it does not, even with the same code, same data set.
