Increase Product Options & Variants that utilise Shopify Native Option & Variants

Hi there

I am looking for some advise... as I have gone through loads of the Product Options Apps - yet so many either over complicate the UI for my client to use , or the end result (despite customisation) doesn't fit in well with the site layout...

Since Shopify for some baffling reason STILL limit us to only 3 product options and 100 variants as standard (which is mindboggling after seeing this be a problem for over 6 years) ... is there any App out there, that simple expands the selection inside the Native Options / Variants settings inside the Product pages?

That system literally works perfectly and it is super easy to use for any ability (which for my client is important)

I know we have no choice to go down the App route, but if anyone has any advise on what is the most like the native system - would be very much appreciated (We will need Price Add-on and Image changing based on Button / Dropdown selection)

It is infuriating how Shopify still limit us like this , especially with such a common request
