App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
Hello,
I'm trying to set up an option where a product can be custom made using Infinite product options. I set up the options, then the option set connected to the product page but nothing is showing on the product page. Is there something I'm missing? Do I have to page for it to show on the page bc I dont have access to the conditions options? Please let me know if there is a setting of something I am missing, I've synched the products. The help page on the app site is very unhelpful, it tells you the step-by-step (which I followed) but it doesn't explain any of the logic or what the result should be. TIA!

Hey, @ACreativeLife!

It sounds like you're using the Infinite Product Options app developed by HulkApps, is that right? If that's the case, I managed to find a handy guide on how to properly install this app. I do see that you've mentioned you've followed their setup instructions, but did you get a chance to edit your theme's code? This is required for the options to appear on your product page, so if you haven't done so just yet, this is likely why you aren't seeing them on your website.
If you're still stuck, then my suggestion is to reach out to the developers directly for assistance. When it comes to third-party apps, the developers themselves are the best suited to help troubleshoot and should be able to help you with the setup! While you should see an option to reach out from within the app itself, you can also find the contact information for developers on their app's "About" page in the Shopify App Store, right under the Support section.
I hope this helps lead you in the right direction and I'd love to see your product page once the app has been successfully installed! Feel free to share that with me here.

Hi @ACreativeLife,
If you're using a third-party app to set up custom product options but they're not appearing on the product page, there are a few common reasons to consider:
App activation: Ensure that the app has been activated. Sometimes, apps require activation after installation, so double-check this step.
Theme compatibility: Verify if the app is compatible with your current theme. Reach out to the app provider and inquire about theme compatibility. If it's not compatible, they should be able to assist you in resolving the issue.
App configuration: Review the app's user guide thoroughly to ensure that you have configured the app properly. Pay attention to the option assignment process for your target products to avoid any misconfigurations.
Additionally, it's worth mentioning that there are numerous product options apps available now, offering improved user experiences, live previews, advanced features, and even competitive pricing compared to established apps.
For example, you might consider exploring the Easify Product Options app as an alternative 🤗. It could be a suitable option if your current app doesn't meet your needs or if you are seeking a more cost-effective solution.
