Inserting a YouTube video directly into a Shopify email can be a bit tricky due to the limitations of most email clients in playing embedded videos.
However, there's a workaround. Create a thumbnail image of the video, add it to your email template, and hyperlink the image to the video's YouTube URL. This way, when recipients click the image, they'll be directed to watch the video on YouTube.
