Hi, I’ve been trying to connect my Instagram to my Shopify store for the past 6-7 months, but it still says "under review." Does anyone know why this might be happening? My goal is to set up an Instagram shop so customers can shop directly from my Instagram. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hey @BLola it look like your Instagram shop is stuck in the review of the process. Before proceeding more I want to verify by providing you the detail of Eligibility for the Instagram shop.

1. Your business is located in the Supported country?
2. You sell physical products (Digital products/services are not allowed).
3. Did you follow the Facebook & Instagram commerce policies?
4. Either your Facebbok & Instagram Business or Creator account? (Because personal account not allowed).

Let me know if something missing or you do wrong witht that. If you follow all the abover conditiond then let me know so that Povide you other solution.

Hi, I believe I'm following all the steps you've outlined below. My business is based in the USA, and I sell physical products. I think I’m in compliance with all the policies, and I have a business account set up. The business account I’m trying to link to Shopify is currently connected to my individual account.  I’m not sure what the issue is, so if you have any other suggestions or solutions, I would really appreciate your help! Try contacting Shopify and Instagram support. Might be a verification issue.
