Instagram Shopping Issue

Hi there, I recently set up the Facebook Sales Channel on Shopify and have encountered some issues with Instagram Shopping. It was working fine when I first set it up but now its not working and when i go into Settings > Business > Shopping, it says that my instagram shopping is not approved? Wondering if I can get help with this. Please.
