Install & Opening Shopify App in new Tab

Hello, 

Hope you are doing well. We are developing an app in Shopify using Laravel as backend and VueJs as frontend. As of now, we are able to run our app using ngrok inside the Shopify environment however we would like to run the app in a new tab i.e. out of the store. We have tried and went through numerous resources however we did not find any suitable alternative.

so kindly guide us with route setting and other settings to install and run this app out of Shopify environment
