Installed Shopify Inbox, Pop-Up Welcome Form Isn’t Working Now

Hi everyone, I’d appreciate any help with a problem I’m encountering. I recently installed Shopify Inbox but later realized I didn’t need it, so I deleted it. However, the pop-up welcome message I created, which asks customers to subscribe, has disappeared. I tried turning the form off and on, but it’s still not showing on both desktop and mobile. Does anyone know how to fix this?

It’s possible that Shopify Inbox modified your theme or app settings, causing the pop-up to stop working. Try these steps:

1. Check Your Pop-Up App – If you're using a third-party app for the pop-up, go to Apps > Your Pop-Up App and ensure it’s enabled.
2. Review Theme Settings – Go to Online Store > Themes > Customize and check if the pop-up setting is still active.
3. Clear Cache & Test in Incognito – Sometimes, changes don’t reflect immediately. Try viewing your site in an incognito window.
4. Check for Leftover Code – In Online Store > Themes > Edit Code, look for any leftover Shopify Inbox scripts that might be interfering.
