Integrate 3rd Party's API

I have supplier's API docs, but i don't know how to implement it on my store. Anyone guide me how I can integrate it on my store?

Integrating Supplier API with Shopify you would need to have a web server that can map suppliers fields. 

You also need a shopify app or generating API keys from shopify admin.
