Thanks for posting in the Shopify Community. 

If you're referring to the Philippine mobile payments service, it is not currently available as a payment gateway on Shopify. You can find available gateways in The Philippines on this page. Some popular ones are FasterPay, Payoneer Checkout, Skrill Official, and Checkout.com, but there are plenty of options! 

I understand wanting to have the option to use your preferred payment gateway on your store, so I'll be sharing your feedback about this with our developers. I can't guarantee it will be added, but feedback like this is how we decide which features to add or improve, so we appreciate you taking the time to share!
