Our webshop
www.planet-opv.com will be exporting solar cells from India to the rest of the World. We have partnered with DHL as our freight partners. We have their rates for various sizes and weights for various zones of the world.
We have also included the DHL Express India App in our Shopify account. We have set the details and submitted relevant details on the app.
We are now testing the webshop to show the freight rates automatically when a customer begins his check-out procedure. Unfortunately the app does not automatically show the DHL rates we had agreed upon. We want the customer to see what will be additional cost in freight will be. These prices from DHL contract must be automatically visible to the client.
We also want the integrated DHL App to schedule auto pickup facility. We understand the DHL Express India app helps with all that.
We are, however, unable to do all this. We request your kind assistance.
Following is the instructions we were given by one of DHL's clients who also uses Shopify. We are unsure where to use them. Please guide us:
