App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
Hey,
I hope someone can help me!!
I have a subscription app called PayWhirl and a scheduling app Supertime but once i applied the paywhirl subscription app the supertime app isnt there any more for clients to choose their desired date. Anyone know how I can fix this or can suggest alternative apps that work better together?
Thanks!
Hi. So you are saying that the app functions are not co-existing together on the webpage?
How exactly does the use case work? I imagine you are allowing the customers to set up subscribed payments and delivery method/time. But is this delivery method/time a one-time selection or is it recurring? It'd be great if you could give a run-down of how your customers make a purchase.
Hmm. So PayWhirl app is definitely overriding the Supertime app somehow. As you mentioned, I'd say try another app. I can't really give recommendations since I haven't use similar apps, but I have heard good things about Seal subscriptions and Bold subscriptions.. so it may worth taking a look.
If changing the app doesn't work, you may want to look into customized solutions. This avoids conflicts between apps and makes sure that functionalities are coherent and streamlined. But there's definitely some added costs. So definitely consider if the benefits/return on the customized solution outweighs the costs of building it. If you think it doesn't really affect the conversion that much, just find a way to work around it. For example, record the delivery method and time manually on the spreadsheet.
Anyways, if you are looking for a customized solution, we may be able to help. Our company is called Shypyard and we specialize in building integrations and automation for Shopify merchants. This sounds like something we may be able to do for you. If you prefer using PayWhirl and Supertime, maybe we can help with optimizing the integration as well. Check us out at www.shypyard.io
Thanks!
