Integration of Qikink to shopify store error

Triying to intergate Qikink to my shopify store but it is always showing error connecting store, we contacted Qikink team and tried top solve the problem but even they were not able to solve it from their end , so can anybody help me to integrate Qikink to my Store it would be of great help, please help me solve this.
