International shipping by proxy

Hi! I'm pretty new to this, and am looking to ship more products internationally. My restriction is my supplier, who only ships to US, Canada, and US Territories. I know it's possible for overseas customers to set-up a US agent who forwards purchases normally restricted to only US customers, but is it possible for me as the store (through dropshipping) to set up an intermediary who can on-forward orders to restricted countries/ regions? As in a middleman between my dropshipping supplier and my international customer?
