Inventory level Webhook Issues

Can someone help?

We've developed a custom App with a developer and are having intermittent issues where the inventory level webhook suddenly stops working.  Has anyone had any similar issues or know the likely cause of the problem.   The webhook is between Shopify and Zoho Creator.
