I’m really curious about how you handle inventory restocking with your suppliers. What’s working well for you, and what are your biggest pain points?

I’m building an app to streamline the whole restocking flow and currently have an MVP in place. But before I go any further, I want to make sure I’m tackling the actual problems shops like yours face every day.
