We have had customers reach out via our social media accounts for months saying they messaged up through our website contact form and not hearing from us. We aren't receiving their messages. We've talked to Shopify and they said everything is working fine on their end and it must be an issue with our email host, which is Google. Apparently Google is blocking all of the messages we are receiving through our website. We are going to reach out to them and then probably change email providers. What do you guys use for your email provider?
We've also been using Flodesk to send promotions to our email subscriber list. Thinking of switching to someone else there too. What do you recommend?
