Is buying a premium theme worth it for new website designers?

New to website design. Would you recommend me buying a theme on Shopify or another website?

No Free theme on Shopify offers the features I need for my website. I do not understand coding, but I know what I want my website to look like

Is there anyone who can relate from when they just started?
