Is CJ Drop Shipping and Oberlo worth the hassle?

Is Cj drop shipping and oberlo just garbage or is it just me? I'm embarrassed any company would recommend these garbage apps. with the deplorable customer service from both and the horrific delivery times?

I have found CJ drop shipping impossible to navigate, with trying to import their products to my store. and get a real human instead of a computer to respond.  this is after a Shopify help assistant recommended it.

I'm just trying to sell sunglasses, not the hidden map to treasure island I even hired a Shopify expert/ web designer, and still, nothing is Shopify and drop shipping worth it? sorry to vent my frustrations, but this is supposed to be very straightforward, not rocket science.
