Hi Shopify community,thanks in advance for your answers!! 🤝🫡😘 So ,I installed some s**t app from revolut (be carefull) and after my speedscore dropped ,my store is not the same..The sales get down,all is bad…My question is: Is it necessary to reset all the store? I search on google about reseting an shopify store,and I find some advices to make to reset it…But what you think?:) Is it necessary?

If you need support for any app added from our app store you can reach out to its developers directly.

 

This would include the removal of any 'leftover' code added by their app.

 

You also have the option to revert code changes made to .liquid files in your theme's code.

 

We would recommend you make a duplicate copy of your theme first, so you have something to fall back on before proceeding with this.

If you encounter any issues with a purchased app, the first step is to contact the app developers. They will audit your store and app to identify and resolve any problems with their app.
