Is it possible to create a tier-based loyalty system on POS?

Hi Guys,

This is what I would like to do but not sure if there is an app to make this happen.  

create a tier based loyalty system that grants customers 5/10/15/20% off

sms / txt customer sign up details and have them register and receive a unique bar code

when said customer shops at store, at checkout scan their phone bar code and apply said discount.  

Is this possible?
