Is it Possible to Import Quotation(PDF's) on email to shopify backend

Is it possible to import the quotation which I receive from the customers by Email(Gmail) to Shopify backend as order for that specific cusotmer. We do not want to get into the manual CVS or Excel approach, is there any app which would directly just let me download the pdf's and map the order against that specific customer.
