Is it possible to set up collective quantity breaks for a specific product collection?

I was wondering whether a specific setup would be possible using any app. We have quantity breaks for many products on our website, but the product we specialise in (Plasters) have a specific quantity break as a collective discount.

All plaster products exist within a collection, and if a customer buys 42x of any plaster product, they get a discount, setting the product to a fixed price. We want our setup to be:

If a customer buys X number of product A and X number of product B, if the total number of plaster products amounts to 42+, the quantity breaks on each product in the checkout become active.

Bold Custom Pricing will allow you to accomplish this. From their support docs:

"Mix & Match: Customers can purchase multiples of any products with the same mix & match label to receive a quantity-based discount. Example: 2 products from Group A, and 3 products from Group B that both use the "GOLD-STATUS" mix & match label."
