Is Oberlo a newer version of DSers for dropshipping?

Hello All!

I am New and eager to start, ive already added items from DSers to my store but my store is not open to public yet! i was actually wanting to open next week but after some additional research I see a lot of answers in the community and even the dropshipping 101 course that Oberlo is the go-to app. both DSers and Oberlo is for AliExpress? Is there a difference? please help! I am confused now. Thank you in advance to anyone willing to take time to answer me. Thank You!

Dsers can work in place of Oberlo but they are both connected to AliExpress. You can also make use of other Dropshipping platform like CJdropshipping, Spocket and more. How do you plan to design the website?

Thank you for answering! Designing the website is a whole other topic, im still trying to figure out how to group products and add them to the main menu's categories.

To group the products into collections or categories, you'll need to do that from the product page.
