Is there a free app to calculate YunExpress shipping rates at checkout?

I ship my products using YunExpress from China.

Is there an app that can calculate the shipping-rates for it at the checkout? (preferred free)

I didn't. I managed to get an excel to calculate the shipping rates
manually and am now just making each products that much more expensive but
am advertising it as free shipping.
