Is there a getting started guide for app-bridge-react v4 that is not using Remix?

I'm trying to create a new app without using the Remix template. I want to use the latest app-bridge-react but there's no documentation for it yet: https://shopify.dev/docs/api/app-bridge/previous-versions/app-bridge-from-npm/app-setup

Can anyone lead me to the right direction? I want to setup a React - Next.js app instead of Remix.
