Hi All
I am wondering if there a third party app which I can use, in order to reward those customers who checkout straight away? I am thinking to give those customers additional 10% off if they choose to complete their purchase right away.
My current conversion ratio is fairly shocking, customers tends to add items to their cart but not checkout...

You could maybe use the following approach.: throw a popup with a countdown timer and a discount code. This should urge the quicker purchases.

There are a few third-party apps that can help offer a "checkout now and save" type of incentive. You're basically looking for something that triggers a discount right before checkout or at the cart stage, based on behavior or timing.
Lets you streamline the path to checkout, which sometimes helps with conversion.
You can pair this with a Shopify automatic discount (like 10% off orders over X) to encourage faster decisions.
Offers a ton of flexible discount types, including flash deals and cart-based triggers.
You can create a rule like “if customer proceeds to checkout within X minutes of adding to cart, show a 10% off discount.”
It's mostly for post-purchase upsells, but it does have smart cart popups that can include time-sensitive offers.
Some of these apps let you add a countdown timer to the cart page. When paired with a discount, it adds urgency.
Example: “Checkout in the next 10 minutes to get an extra 10% off.”

The difference between (1) and (2) is that in (1) you're looking to give an immediate discount / coupon code to incentivise a sale. In (2) you're giving the reward as a post purchase credit that they can spend on the store.

Hi @Abel_Lesle I am looking to give customers who added items to cart a immediate discount to encourage them to checkout straight away, rather than just adding stuff to cart and go disappear on me.
I am hoping there is a third party app which can create a pop up window with discount shown, as soon as customers added a item to cart.

@LisaXu , any conditions that need to be satisfied on the cart before the popup is shown? ie - only show popup if the user adds X$ amount to the cart ?
If all you want to do is show a discount code as a popup when a item is added to the cart - quick google led me to an app called "Coupon X" in which you can also setup a popup to show a discount code when a certain condition is met on the user's cart.
Note -> It seems this feature is available on any of their paid plans and not on the free plan.
