Is there a way to change from a fixed menu to a Scrolling menu when using Mega Menu in Craft theme?

I currently have a large number submenu items set up in Mega Menu however the navigation does not scroll so not all the menu items can't be seen.  Mobile seems to work fine just the desktop will not scroll.

If you're open to it, an app like Meteor Mega Menu can very much organize a large amount of items clearly (and with images).
