Is there a way to combine a hide price + Add to Quote App with a Upselling/Cross Selling App?

I am trying to set up a process for B2B customers in which I hide the prices on the website but I replace the "Add to cart" button with a "Add to Quote" button. Products added to the quote are boundled and send to my email so that I can send a custom quote. I would like to have also a upselling/cross-selling app suggesting "Frequently bought together/You may also like" products, also in this case not showing the prices but allowing to add the products to the quote.
