Is there a way to run shopify app deploy and skip deploying extensions or just deploy extensions?

We typically keep our extension code separate from our main app (NextJS/Remix) code, splitting developer responsibility for theme extensions vs app dev.

Suppose I could just keep the app TOML config in the extensions repo... but just wondering
