Is there an app similar to Build A Box for meal subscriptions?

Is there an app that is similar to Build A Box, I heard this is discontinued for now...but this is just what I need.  I have a subscription prepared meal program and customers want to select their subscription items...any suggestions or can anyone build it - please advise, thanks!
