Is there an app to display in-store only items online without selling?

We have a couple brands that don't allow online sale of their product, but do allow for the product to be displayed online.  Is there an app that allows you to identify certain products so they are not available for purchase through the shopify store?  Better yet, an app that would not only do that but automatically include a shop-owner generated message on the product page that explains the item is only available in store.

You can achive that without any third party app with a few theme customisations only.
