Is there an App to generate country codes (in a drop-down) for phone numbers at checkout page?

Does anyone know of an app which can generate country codes for phone/mobile numbers during checkout similar to the below? This is in order for customers to enter their mobile/phone numbers in correct format during the checkout process.
