Is there an app to handle paytronix integration?

I have a need to implement paytronix reward system when a user makes a purchase from my shopify store. 

Basically on checkout, after payment has processed, I want to be able to say 10 dollars spent is equivalent to 10 points earned through paytronix and make an api call to their services automagically.

Is there already an app capable of doing this or can this be done if I were to create the app myself?
