Is there an app to track in real time the status of all my orders?

Hi,

I am looking for a solution for having a dashboard that shows the status of all my orders : processing, shipped and received.

I would like to see easily when an order takes too much time to be processed (I have some personalized products).

Is there an app that does this?

I need to see quickly the status of all the orders, and see if one is late for example.

I saw Parcel Panel too, but it seems that it's not made to check the status of all orders, but just for clients to track

You can use the Shipment Tracking & Notify app to handle this. The app provides a tracking dashboard where you can see the status of all your orders (in initial, in transit, out for delivery, and delivered). The app also sends tracking notifications to your customers whenever there is a change in status and also provides a "Track your order" page in your store for your customers to directly get the tracking info.
