Is there an app to track inventory from a single batch in different sizes?

Hello, i am new to the Shopify community and I have looked but can't find the answer to my question on another thread. 

We sell ready made meals in 3 different sizes, small (350g), Medium (500g) and large (750g) these sizes all come from 1 large batch. I am looking for an shopify app that can track the inventory from the 1 large batch and allow the user to order different sizes but not sell more than what it prepared. For example we might make 1 pot of stew that is 3000g and we want to be able to sell small, medium and large portions but combined not sell more than 3000g. 

Is there an app available that can do this? Ideally the same app would also handle bundles as well.
