Is there an updated version of the shopify-marketplaces-admin-app?

I tried following the instructions on the README:

shopify-marketplaces-admin-app

However, I ran into issues with:

AppBridgeError: APP::ERROR::INVALID_CONFIG: host must be provided

```

Also, `shopify app serve` does not work at all as it says command is not found.

There are many dependency issues with the repo and the app does not load at all
